About Margaret

Canadian by birth, Margaret moved to the USA in 2009 in her lifelong pursuit of sunshine, palm trees and warm water. Digging her roots in Sarasota as home was a given and it was time to start her next journey in life as a sales associate with the Downtown office of Yorkshire International Realty.

Margaret has over three decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur, owning a small coffee roastery/café franchise system, account manager for the uniform requirements of the public sector of first responders in SW Ontario, executive assistant to the founders of a publicly traded healthcare conglomerate to name a few of her accomplishments.

Despite not growing up in the region, she has a very diverse knowledge of the area through her many family, friends, associates and involvement in the community. Whether you are buying or selling your home, investment or vacation property, Margaret puts her experience and boundless positive energy to work to find the best solution for her customers. She is a great listener which enables her to forge ahead for the right properties for the people that put their trust in her.

Margaret is a member of the REALTOR Association of Sarasota and Manatee and is one of the current 45,000+ real estate professionals in North America who have graduated from the Ninja Selling System. In her leisure time she loves to hit the tennis court, spend time with her furry friends, or cross another destination off her travel bucket list.
